Job description
BAN-DRCE a leading innovative development and research firm is looking for a self-motivated intern/junior consultant with a passion for research, consultancy and development. The intern will actively work with different project teams and support the execution of project activities as per the plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the research proposal development
- Assist in organizing workshops, training, and meetings
- Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistic arrangement) for training, meetings, workshops
- Support the projects team in the documentation of key elements of training, meeting, and workshop reports
- Work with the project team in compiling and tracking training online database
- Participate on different projects team meetings and document minutes
- Prepare and submit Expressions of interest to different stakeholders
- liaison with consultants and clients on project management, research undertakings
- Closely follow up on the status of submitted expressions of interest
- Assist the project team in the different project implementation processes
- Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the core team
Job Requirement
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, or Public health discipline
- Zero years of work experience
- willingness to serve for the whole Internship program
- Good Communication and English Writing skill
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and networking skills.
- Be a team player and communicator
- Detail-oriented and Responsible
Reports to: Program Coordinator
Duration of Role: 6- 9 months with the possibility of securing a junior associate position based on performance
Total Number of Interns Needed: Three (3)
