Job description

Overview:
The nurse assistant is responsible for assisting in patient care under the supervision of a nurse or physician.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with bed making, sample transport, patient transport, utility transport, and equipment decontamination
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nurse or physician
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Keep accurate records of assigned tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience
• BSc in nursing or clinical nursing with no license
• Experience isn’t needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and move patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
