Introduction
Department of Radiology and MRT is pleased to announce that it’s starting Pathway-specific MSc training programs in collaboration with stakeholders at home and abroad in four pathways in 2023.
Areas are CT and MRI; Ultrasonography; interventional Radiologic technology; Radiography, fluoroscopy & Mammography.
All interested are encouraged to apply. The selection process follows the rules and regulations of the college and what’s stated in the curriculum.
Requirements
Admission to this MSc in Medical Radiologic Technology (MRT) program requires
1. Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in MRT plus appropriate clinical experience in diagnostic imaging. Candidates will not, under normal circumstances, be accepted with less than two years of general post-qualification experience.
2. Two recommendation letters from the immediate supervisor.
3. Pathway-specific application should be submitted at the time of application.
4. The applicant must successfully pass the screening process for the pathway he or she has applied for. The screening process will have the following components:
– Entrance examination = 35%
– Credentials (CGPA, Work experience) = 15%
-Interview = 50%

How to Apply
Application dates and place: All interested can submit their relevant documents as described above to the department of Radiology and MRT of SPHMMC, at the 8th-floor MCH (Secretary’s office, within seven working days from the announcement of this notice. Entrance Exam dates shall be announced later.
