1. Position: Project manager
Required number: 01
.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Doctors of Medicine from accredited institution with Masters degree in project management/public health or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical related field
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• prior experience of project fund mobilization
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing budgets and resources for health-related programs
• Excellent report writing skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits and stakeholder engagements, if required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Position: Medical Doctor
Required number: 02
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in doctors of Medicine from accredited institution
• Minum of 2 years of experience in medical related field
• Prior experience in ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards in project execution and delivery, with a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Good reporting Writing skill
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers
• Demonstrate timely deliverance of tasks and strict adherence to deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Position: Outreach Nurses Head
Required number: 01
Qualification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from accredited institution
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in cervical cancer community outreach activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in supervising similar outreach health programs
• Prior NGO work experience and Training in cervical cancer screening
4. Position: Nurses
Required number: 02
Qualification
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, midwifery from accredited institution
• Ability to write impactful stories and beneficiary case stories
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and work in diverse community settings, including underserved areas
• Skill in organizing and implement community screening and health education activities
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Candidates with prior experience in volunteer service are preferred

5. Position: Diver and logistic personnel
Required number: 1
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 5 years of driving experience with renewed license
• Proficient in operating and maintaining vehicles
• Flexible and adaptable to changing driving conditions and environments
• Skilled in logistics, including inventory management, coordinating equipment deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with NGO

6. Position: Social worker (Part-time)
Required number: 1
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in social work, sociology, psychology or other related fields
• 2 years of experience in health sector
• Proven in kind/ cash fund mobilization records
• Excellent communication skill with stakeholders

7. Position: Cancer Prevention And Care Co-Ordinator

Qualification
• MD with two years of experience and above
• Excellent communication and report writing skill
• Strong communication and presentation skills
