Job Description:
Position: Clinical Psychologist
Job Summary:
The Clinical Psychologist will provide a wide range of psychological services to clients of all ages, at an Inpatient capacity. The position requires a strong understanding of psychological of the clinical practice and other social determinants at a private facility level.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including administering standardized tests and interviews.
• Diagnose mental health conditions based on assessment findings and clinical criteria.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client with in supervision.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records and documentation.
• Participate in clinical supervision and continuing education to stay updated on the latest developments in the field of psychology.
• Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the clinic.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
• Degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist or equivalent licensure
• 2+ years of experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ethical principles and professional standards
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a community mental health setting
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
