Postgraduate programs
Menelik II Medical and Health Science College want to admit and enroll postgraduate students on the following regular and weekend programs for 2017 EC
Regular programs (2 years):-
1. Public Health Nutrition
2. Health Service Management
3. Epidemiology
4. Integrated Clinical and Community Mental Health
5. Monitoring and Evaluation
6. Medical Microbiology

Weekend Program (3 years)
–

Requirements and registration
– Bachelors degree in health science academic fields
– Those applying for mental health field need to have degree in nursing, midwifery, health officer or medicine
– Those who took MOEGAT and got a passing score in the field they applied
– Grade 10 & 12 transcript; and for those who proceeded from diploma to degree; verification from city administration/ regional governments Technical and vocational Education agency or job and training bureau is mandatory
– Those who graduates from private institutions of higher education should authenticate their educational documents from FDRE Education and Training Authority
– 8th grade completion certificate
– Health bureau applicants should present support letter from the bureau
– Applicants should bring support letter from the institution they work in.
– 2 Recommendation letters and which has not passed 3 months should be presented in a sealed envelope.
– Applicants should pay application/registration fee of 200 birr when they come for registration and applicants should present the payment receipt and ID when they present to take enterance exam of the college
– Registration dates will be from on working days from Meskerem 3 – Meskerem 13 2017
– The enterance examination will be given in the classrooms of the college; and the date of exam will be posted on the college botice board before the date of exam
– Those accepted by the college should present Higher education degree transcript (student copy) via the college PO BOX 3268; official transcript should be presented within 1 month from the time of acceptance by the college

Requirements and registration
.
1. Has taken the Ethiopian University Entrance Examination and has got a passing score
2. Passed the entrance examination provided by the college
3. Applicants can register only one professional field of their choice
4. Those who studied and finished Technical and vocational educational fields in health science need to present Level IV COC, diploma mentioning the profession they studied and student copy; along with 2 years work experience
5. Those who took 2016 EC remedial Exam and passed can register
6. Candidate students should bring the original and copy of their educational credentials when they come for registration
7. Should pay registration fee of 200 Birr when they come for registration
8. Registration dates will be from on working days from Meskerem 3 – Meskerem 13 2017
9. Place of registration is college registrar office of Menelik II Comprehensive Specialized Hospital
10. Date of entrance exam of the college will be announced on the college notice board
