Introduction
College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Bahir Dar University invites qualified candidates to apply for the Pediatric ENT and Facioplastic Fellowship/Subspecialty program. Join a leading institution committed to excellence in specialized medical training.
Academic Requirements:
• The candidate should be a holder of a specialty certificate in Ontarynogology- Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) from a recognized college/university.
• The candidate must be a registered specialist physician in Ontaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT) by the Federal Ministry of Health or Regional Health Bureau.
• The candidate must have at least 2 years of work experience as an ENT specialist.
• The candidate must pass the National Graduate Test (NGAT) and interview.
• Foreign applicants must hold a specialty certificate in Ontaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (ENT), must produce their professional license and a letter of good standing from their local accreditation body.

Non-academic Requirements
• Applicants must be in acceptable physical and mental health, without any serious health conditions that would limit their ability to cope with the requirements of the training program and service. The candidate must have normal visual acuity (can be assisted), normal visual field with accommodation, depth perception, color vision, alignment and slit lamp exam as well as at least unilateral normal hearing level with other ear assist able and non-progressive pathology. The department reserves the right to deny admission to unfit candidates (after medical checkup) as determined by the department council.
• Applicants should not be older than 45 years of age.
• Two Recommendation letters.

How to Apply
Applicants must apply in person/virtually at the CMHS registrar office, located at Tibebe Ghion Specialized Hospital, between 22/8/2024 and 5/9/2024 for a period of 10 working days.
