Positions:-
1. Position: Call Center Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly communicative individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking information about our services. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Patient Support and Communication:
- Answer inbound calls from patients seeking information about our telemedicine services.
- Provide clear and concise information about our platform, services, and pricing.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, navigating the platform, and troubleshooting
technical issues. - Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed patient expectations.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments with providers based on patient availability and preferences.
- Manage appointment calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely confirmations.
- Handle appointment cancellations and reschedulings efficiently.
Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter patient information into our system,
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless patient support.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Bsc or above in Medical doctor, Public Health Officer or Nurse
- With 1+ years and above experience in customer service or call center role, preferably in
the healthcare industry. - Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the telemedicine industry and its potential to improve healthcare access.

2. Position: Data and License approval officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data and License Approval Officer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all data related to our telemedicine platform and the providers who utilize it. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our platform and ensuring the safety and well- being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Data Verification and Validation:
- Review and verify all provider data, including licenses, credentials, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Develop and maintain robust data verification processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
License and Credentialing Management:
- Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining provider licenses and credentials.
- Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewal.
- Stay informed about changes in licensing requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures for handling license suspensions or
revocations.
Data Security and Privacy:
- Ensure compliance with all data security and privacy regulations
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on compliance with all relevant regulations
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging regulations related to telemedicine and data privacy.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, operations, technology) to ensure seamless data management and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with providers and other stakeholders to address license-related issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree and above in Medical doctor, Public health, and nurse
- With 0 year and above experience in business development, or a related field, preferably in
the healthcare industry. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
