Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Product Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our medical products.
  •  Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing managers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our medical products.
  •  Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
  •  Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Working Conditions: 

  • This is a full-time position.
  •  The role requires meeting with clients and attending conferences, and training sessions.
  •  The position may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet the needs of clients.

 Compensation: 

  • Competitive base salary plus commission.

Job requirements

.

Qualifications: 

 Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a related field.

 Experience: 

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

 Skills: 

  •  Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •  Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
