About the Role:
At the post an overall provision of both administrative and clinical support is required. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to assist our clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

Job requirements
Qualifications:
• BSc in Nursing (minimum 1 year experience)
• Valid license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting
• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks; manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Receptionist Duties:
o Greet patients warmly and professionally, scheduling appointments and ensuring accurate intake information.
o Answer phones and manage the clinic calendar
o Process patient paperwork that was filled out my psychologist/psychiatrist
o Collect and process payment for consultations
o Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
o Provide administrative support to the team.
• Nursing Duties:
o Assist psychologists and psychiatrist with patient care
o Taking vital signs and performing basic health screenings after registering clients
o Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns to the clinical team.
o Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques in accordance with established protocols.
o Maintain patient confidentiality and secured data collection.
