Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform complex clinical procedures, such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and continuous renal replacement therapy.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency & Critical Nursing with a professional renewed license as profession approved by Food Medicine and Health Care Administration and Control Authority of Ethiopia

Experience:

• 3-5 years of working experience
