·   Perform marketing research to compare products and grasp the sense of the market

·   Maintain understanding of customer’s business, including their decision making process, industry needs and trends, and competitive situation.

·   Arrange visits to potential customers by contacting people and making appointment.

·   Develop customer base for sales

·   Establish customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products and how they may be used

·   Build a foundation of trust, credibility and rapport with customers and peers, and remove obstacles to effective collaboration.

·   Notify employer on sales and provide feedback on market directions of new or established products

·   Take orders and report to employer of orders, follow up with customers and make sure all information is sent and the lead moves through the sales cycle

·   Plan to meet sales targets and budgets.

·   Collect payments and report the status to the near supervisor. 

·   Bachelor’s degree in  Pharmacy with 2years of wholesale experience preferred or sales experience in retain wholesales.

·   Motivated, paired with desire to grow your career in marketing and sales

·   Knowledge of the sales process, direct sales experience and proven sales performance preferred

·   Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in fast paced work environment

·   Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with a wide variety of personality types at various professional skill-levels

·   Learn to combine the most efficient business processes with interpersonal, one-to-one sales relationships

·   Excellent record keeping ability
