Job Description

•   Manage the supply chain  operations (Receiving, Storage, Monitoring and Distribution) of the Products

•     Ensures the timely, complete and accurate recording, balancing, and reconciliation of stock.

•       Manage Quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory of stock

•       Reviews the works done by store officer to ensure accurate, timely and complete storage.

•       Monitor stock status analysis, stock movement, and stock turn over, dead stock report.

•       Analyses inventories done quarterly, semi-annual and annual.

•       Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities.

•       Attend audit by the auditors.

•       Manage supplier data creation and maintenance

•       Prepare reports to the Supply chain operation manager as required

•       Assist in any other Supply chain activity, or ad-hoc task, as requested

•       Escalate urgent matters to the management when needed.

•       Serve as Droga Group Brand Ambassador,

•       Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Level IV in  Pharm from a recognized university/Collage
  • Work Experience :-0 years experience.
  • COC :- Certification is Mandatory.
  • Professional license is mandatory.
  • Number of Required- Four(4).
