Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
1. Plans, organizes, co-ordinates and controls all the activities of the SPC;
2. Initiates policy and technical guidelines with respect to the Model Higher SRH Clinic(SPCC);
3. Coordinates and works with other work units to ensure that the Strategic Framework/Plan is established, implemented and maintained effectively and efficiently in a cooperative and team work spirit;
4. Ensures that the Model Clinic serves as site for learning and demonstration of new and innovative intervention and research activities by working in collaboration with the training unit to develop training packages, standards and conducting training programs for other NGOs, private and government sectors;
5. Ensures the provision of quality laboratory services that includes HIV/AIDS/ VCT diagnosis;
6. Provides comprehensive and integrated SRH services including FP, maternal and child health, CAC and STI/ HIV/ AIDS prevention and diagnosis treatment and counseling through clinics;
7. Provides IEC for the elimination of unsafe abortion, post abortion care, HTP and other SRH services;
8. Maintain update data management of clients and case stories and act as a learning center;
9. Initiates project ideas and submits to the Area offices;
10. Manage the financial , human and Materials resources of the MHSRHC in most effective and efficient way;
11. Prepare and submit periodic performance reports;
12. Perform other duties assigned y immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:
SPECIFICATIONS :
A. Education: MPH/MA/MSC/BSc/BA in Nursing, Public Health.
B. Work Experience: 6yrs relevance experience in program management
C. Skills :
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills,
· Interest and demonstrate potential to research and documentation of project/program progress and best practices;
· Advice on appropriate intervention, ability to design models and implement program review and evaluation;
· Excellent report writing and communication skills.
· Other Computer Proficiency in MS word, EXCEL, Access,
D. General :
· Good team player and Willingness to work extra hours
· Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work and willingness to travel to Work units under the Area Office;
· Willingness for frequent travel to project areas and service delivery points;
E. Personality:
· Supportive and ethical;
· Pleasant and polite attitude at all times;
· Ability to act as part of multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team;
· Dynamic and highly motivated;
· Excellent communicator at all levels;
· Able to work with minimal supervision.
F. Attitude and Values:
- Commitment to Strategic Plan and APP and the derived performance management scheme;
- Qualitative aptitude and skills;
- Working knowledge of IPPF and FGAE policies and guidelines and donor requirements;
- Sound knowledge of the FMOH -Health Management Information System (HMIS);
· A belief in the potential of all people to succeed if given the right support such as HIV/AIDS Positive Community, people with disability, etc;
· Willingness to multi-task and work on own initiative;
· Supportive attitude and committed to client’s rights to access to comprehensive and quality SRH Service including CAC.
