Job description

Center for Professional and Institutional Development Project Management interns are needed to join the thriving team of the Center for Professional and Institutional Development (CPID) at St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College. You will work with the team as an intern to carry out various initiatives and business concepts. You have the chance to learn from real-world experience and influence institutional and professional growth through our internship. It’s an excellent chance to work on various initiatives, meet healthcare executives, and connect with other experts.

Reports to: Project and Business Development Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.

• Obtain weekly project status from all team members

• Learn and use project management software

• Prepare and help in project documentation

• Document resource needs and availability

• Organize and schedule team meetings

• Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines

• Keep track of the project costs.

• Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and help in adjustments.

• Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.

• Medical Doctor

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge and skills of MS Office
