Job Description
DSP consultancy is a technology company that supplies Electronic Health Record software to healthcare facilities all over Africa. DSP consultancy is now an accredited Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training provider for health care professionals all over Ethiopia.
Job Summary
We are looking for a continuous professional development (CPD) training coordinator to facilitate/ coordinate different training programs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop work plans for the various training activities
- Support the preparation of training materials with subject matter experts
- Arrange specific training programs, invite participants and confirm their participation
- Collaborate with other healthcare institutions to provide trainings to healthcare professionals
- Organizes training materials, stationary and other materials
- Maintain a roaster of training experts and prepare training reports at the end of a training program
Job Qualification
Education
– First university degree in any health care related fields
Experience
Essential
– Minimum two years experience in hospital or clinical management settings
– Very good written and spoken English
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Desirable
– Experience working on onsite or offsite trainings in healthcare institutions
– Certificate in training management or instructional design
Functional knowledge, skills and competencies
– Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High level of attention to detail
