Job description
Alatyon General hospital exciting and dynamic local nongovernmental organization is looking for competent professional on the following vacancy.
Job title: General practitioner /GP/
The possessor of this position represents Alatyon General Hospital values and principles in interactions with staff and external audiences. This vacancy and principles include commitment to the mission of the hospital, team orientation, quality management and leadership. The selected Professional will be responsible to handle the position of GP Alatyon General Hospital.
Key Areas of Accountability
A GP deals with the diagnosis, prevention and management of diseases, works in wards, outpatient, Emergency OPD, ICU and NICU. Generally he/she is responsible for performing checkups, diagnosing illnesses, giving recommendations, making preliminary diagnosis, writing patient progress notes and referring the patient to a specialist for further assesment or treatment needed.
In addition, he/ she expected:
• To attend Monday morning, regular meeting.
• To support implementation of Integrated Nursing Care and ensuring that the Minimum share standard met.
• To ensure effective. Management, implementation, Monitoring, Reporting, and evaluation of strong Patient care in the hospital.
• To manage all resources such as medical equipment, supplies. drugs etc) under his working station or environment.
• Willing to work in the hospital at least for two consecutive years after probation period
• to adhere for health and ethical codes,
• To submit recommendation letter from recognized organ.
Job requirements
Qualification: Doctor of Medicine
Work Experience: 2 year and above, working as GP in hospital level is preferable
Number of Positions (one)
Employment type: Permanent
Cumulative GPA: 3.00 and above
Monthly Salary As per the organization scale
