Job Description

DSP consultancy is a technology company that supplies hospital management software to health care facilities all over Africa. DSP consultancy is now an accredited Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training provider for health care professionals all over Ethiopia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Laboratory Quality Management System (LQMS) expert who will assist in content creation for our online learning platform. The subject matter expert (SME) will be responsible for providing technical content based on the Laboratory Quality Management Systems (LQMS) guideline.



• Provide relevant content about the subject matter in a timely manner
• Dedicate an average of 8 hours per week to content creation and consultation
• Be available to provide assistance during content development or content conversion
• Support trainees who are using our e-Learning platform
• Create quizzes and interactive questions within every module
• Act as a primary consultant during onsite or offsite face to face trainings

Job Qualification


• First university degree ( BSC) in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Trainers of trainers (TOT) certificate based on Laboratory Quality Management System ( LQMS) Guideline



• Minimum two years’ experience in medical laboratory settings with experience in Laboratory quality improvement.
• Previous experience providing onsite and offsite training for health care professionals
• Previous experience in course content development and course approval
Functional knowledge, skills and competencies
• Very good written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
