- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English. Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office, Email and other computer applications

- Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.

- Ability and willingness to travel and work in areas where the project is implemented

- Prepare detailed implementation plan and share with all woreda base staffs
- Ensure implementation planned activities upon expected quality and schedule at all levels.
- Follow up of project implementation through regular update
- Represent ASDEPO in any meeting organized at project site when needed.

Job Requirements:
- College Diploma/Degree in midwifery and with valid registration/practicing license.

- Good written and spoken ability of the local language is Mandatory

- Have technical background and knowledge in environmental health and demonstrated work experience in water and sanitation in designing and implementing hygiene promotion/hygiene education programs.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines for WASH in health facilities and community is a must.
- Proven experience in WASH in health facilities implementation, including in outbreak situations, WASH approaches is an advantage.
- Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations

- Skills in the use engineering software for design of WASH projects.

Job Requirements

- Experience on emergency PHEM intervention like outbreak investigation and response and MHN service
- Training on PHEM preparedness, early warning and response
- Experience of facilitation of training review meetings and workshops
- Experience on budget and human resource management
- Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop good team spirit and support field staff
