Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Manage, respond and advise incoming communications of patients.
● Provide service information to clients/patients.
● Arrange appointments for patients with relevant doctors.
● Build and maintain positive working relationships with doctors & hospital staff.
● Generate and implement sales & marketing strategies for leads and
opportunities.
● Promote and execute sales campaigns.
● Generate client insights and translate them into successful brand initiatives.
● Keep up to date with the latest clinical data and medical market of Ethiopia.
● Monitor and analyze trends to improve results and compete in the market.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Professionalism, integrity and excellent client service practices and principles.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
● Digital & tech savvy.
● Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
● Adaptability, creativity and problem-solver.
● Previous sales experience preferred.
● Business-oriented and quick learner.
Education Level: BSc Degree in Public Health/Nursing.
Salary: Base Salary + Bonus
