Position: Regional HR Technical Officer for CM/AS

Role & responsibilities

 

– Provide Support HR Process in planning; recruitment, placement, performance appraisal, development, motivation and retention mechanism of employees of project staffs

– Establish policies and procedures to manage employee/ employer relations to ensure the effectiveness of the program implementation in priority towns for the surge strateg.

– Provide support to develop Policies and procedures for occupational health and safety services have been developed and implemented for the whole staffs

– Support to prepare Job descriptions for each positions

– Facilitate and participate conduct Staff job satisfaction survey biannually/annually in the region

– Conduct project staff audit

– Provide support to have personnel file that is maintained by the Human resource directorate/department

– Support the process strengthen Functional Human Resource Information Management

– System is implemented in the region

– Ensure keeping required employee information

– Prepare report and participate in performance appraisal of employee.

– Work with other governmental and non-governmental stakeholders that are contributing to HRM

– Development and strengthen the capacity of workers and HR managers

– Engage RHB leadership to ensure support for staffs to be deployed and reinforce accountability.

– Work in team with other HRM workers in the process

– Perform other activities when assigned by concerned bodies

 

Education & work experience

 

– Master degree in public health fields with Health back ground with professional license

Work Experience: Zero Year

Term of contract employment : up to sep 30, 2022
