Scope of work/ Roles and responsibilities
– Providing technical guidance in the planning . implementation , monitoring and evaluation of PS and HTS activities in coordination with other RHP Technical Advisors and CDC project staffs
– Coordinate HTS & PS activities of the region more emphasis to the six priority towns
– Support towns in improved case detection to achieve HIV + target
– Monitor RTK allocation distribution & utilization at sites
– Support Initiation und implementation of PS at the towns.
– Coordinate with community organization to facilitate high risk population HTS and Clinical services
– Conduct supportive supervision of facilities and town HTS and KP/ Facility-community linkage activities
– Collaborate with other partners to address HTS gaps
– Review & analyze priority towns performance data for use & decision making
– Compiles monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual work plans as well as reports
– Ensure quality assurance for HTS in line with regional guidelines
– Willing to carry out/ perform other related duties and/ or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification & work experience
Qualification
Master’s degree in Public health fields with Health Background or Medical doctor (General practitioner) with professional license
Work Experience: Zero Year
Term of contract employment : up to sep 30, 2022
