We are looking to hire a Medical Representative for our client Sinocare engaged in BGM Manufacturing.
Sinocare Inc. is dedicate to the innovation of biosensor technology, developing, manufacturing and marketing on rapid diagnosis testing products. It employs about 3,550 people in the world. There are 720 people in 4 American cities, 130 people from Hsinchu, Taiwan, 2500 employees in China.
Job Purpose and Accountabilities
- Employees need to assist Sinocare in doing product and marketing training for the agent team.
- According to the agent and local market needs and referring to the competitive product market plan, communicate with the national manager, formulate the marketing plan, implement the plan together with the agent team, and give feedback of the results.
- Employees need to have business travel to Economic and political capital cities to visit clients and introduce company & product, meet and negotiate with potential offline agents as well as online potential customers.
- Employees are responsible for introducing potential agents to the country manager. A bonus of 2.5% of the first deal will be paid.
- Employees can sell products to pharmacies or sub-agents directly without down payment at the beginning.
- Differences between purchasing from agents and selling price will be paid as a commission. But once the selling increases until salesperson can’t afford the products cost, the employees should build the relationship with buyer and the agent.
- Also, employees need to share a contact list of buyers to country manager.
Market information collection:
- Collect information of competing product parameters, competitive product activities, product registration, company registration, bidding announcement, etc.
- Work with local agents for public bidding. 1% of the purchase amount will be paid as commission for the first tender of each client，
- Once the cooperation with customer is built, no commission will be paid for the coming bidding.
- Do information collection and preparation work for subsidiaries or offices: team, warehouse, logistics, etc.
Summarize and solve the after-sales problems
- Complete product data and marketing training as required (First-Second month)
- Regularly submit work daily and weekly reports in accordance with the regulations, collect market information, competition product information, etc.
- Agent development and potential information collection
- Sales tasks, customer development, channel promotion, advertising and agency assistance (Third-Sixth months)
- Complete the monthly sales tasks and payment collection tasks, EX：distribute our product into 10 pharmacies per month.
- Complete quantitative new customer development as well as visits. (report to country manager) ，5-10 distributors needed to be visited per month.
- Complete the marketing activities formulated by Sinocare, and assist customers to do part of the market activities
- Give feedback and solve the market after-sales problems.
- Develop the next work plan based on the actual performance and the effect of the local employee plan
- BSc or MSc degree in pharmacy, Medicine ( Medical Doctor), Public health or related field.
- 1 year and above experience in medical equipment sales or related.
