Sama Senbet Generalized hospital, which located to Modjo City wants to hire who will serve as a General Manager to manage, administer and guide the hospital to the higher level.

Leadership Quality

• Lead the development of the hospital, with regular reviews based on the ongoing context analysis and feedback from Board of directors and owners;
• Successful delivery of all activities (on time, on budget, to agreed quality standards) with results which are people-centered, locally owned and sustainable.;
• Production of timely and accurate reports contributing to management decision making processes and in line with the plan;
• Pro-active risk and issue management ensuring that mitigation plans are in place;
• Initiating and maintaining effective working relations with relevant stakeholders at any required level;
• Responsible for all Sama Senbet Hospital activities within the scope of the hospital.

• Has been graduated from known Medical School with Medical doctor and has served as Medical Doctor for 5 Years and out of these 5 years, 2 of them  or more years has to be registered as an official position of the hospital.
• Has been graduated from known Medical School with Public Health /Health officer/ with MSc degree and having experience of 5 years and 2 years or more in a position of administering hospitals.
