Position : Gender & SRH Officer
Location : Hawassa
Education : Bachelor degree Public Health, Nursing, Health Officer, Health Promotion and Health Education, specific experience of working on gender and sexual and reproductive health aspects in rural areas with experience with solid experience in SRH/FP and gender integration & experience working on multi-year grant funded projects particularly USAID-funded projects
Competence:-
– Skills in designing and implementing gender integration policy and strategy at different institutional level
– Proven analytical and problem solving skills
– Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, coaching, and youth mentoring
– Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner
– Fluency in English and Knowledge of local language (Sidamu-affo) is an mandatory
– Demonstrated commitment to creating a learning culture
Minimum Experience: 5 Years
