Position : Child New-born Health Advisor
Location : Addis Ababa
Education : Master’s degree & above in Public Health or specialization in pediatrics and a degree in health or medical sciences with experience in program designing, planning, monitoring, implementation and evaluation of new born & child health programs both at community & facility level (specially on ICMNCI, IMNCI & CBNC, NICU, ECD, KMC, ENC and etc.), out of which a minimum 3 years of experiences in Federal Ministry of health or Regional health bureaus & experience in developing donor relationships, working with/guiding national level technical working groups, working with government partners, with partner agencies
Competence:-
– Good knowledge of the Ethiopian health systems and health policy
– Knowledge and experience of the Ethiopian health system
– Good skill in communicating, organizing group discussion, and presentation
– Strong result orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mind sets
– Good computer skill (MS word, MS excel, MS access and other data generating tools)
Minimum Experience: 10 Years
