Education : MSc in Public health or Health Information Management (HIM) or BSc (Health officer) plus MA/MSC in business management with proven experience as Hospital Manager/Administrator or similar work experience
Competence:-
– Understanding of medical terminology and hospital industry
– Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
– Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
– Ability to supervise and train team members
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to empower all employees to improve the healthcare facility
– Problem-solving & Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
Minimum Experience: 1 Years
