Position : Gender & SRH Officer
Location : Sidama, Hawassa
Education : Bachelor degree Public Health, Nursing, Health Officer, Health Promotion and Health Education, specific experience of working on gender and sexual and reproductive health aspects in rural areas & experience with solid experience in SRH/FP and gender integration
Competence:-
– Skills in designing and implementing gender integration policy and strategy at different institutional level
– Proven analytical and problem solving skills
– Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, coaching, and youth mentoring
– Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner
– Fluency in English and Knowledge of local language (Sidamu-affo) is an mandatory
– Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Minimum Years Of Experience: 5 Years
